Delete Your NutriText Account

NutriText AI is operated by APPCODE S.R.L. You can delete your NutriText account and the data associated with it at any time, either directly in the app or by contacting us.

1. Delete in the App

1. Open the NutriText app and sign in.
2. Open the Profile tab and tap the ⋮ menu in the top-right corner to open Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you can no longer access the app, email privacy@nutritextai.com with the subject “Account deletion request” from the email address linked to your Google or Apple sign-in, or tell us that address in the message. We may ask you to confirm the request. We complete verified requests within 30 days and confirm by email.

3. What Gets Deleted

• Your account profile (name, email, avatar) and sign-in sessions
• Recipes, recipe photos, tags, and meal plans
• Food logs, goals, body metrics, weight and workout history
• Nutri conversations, Nutri consent records, and reports you submitted
• Subscription status stored by NutriText

4. What We Keep

• Ingredient corrections in anonymized form, without any link to you, to keep nutrition data accurate
• LLM usage logs for up to 90 days for operational monitoring and abuse prevention
• Records we are legally required to keep, such as purchase records held by Google Play, the App Store, and RevenueCat under their own policies

5. Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a NutriText Pro subscription, because billing is handled by the store. Cancel it in Google Play subscriptions or in your Apple ID subscription settings.
